Lilia Rivera

Executive Director

READ BIO

Lilia Rivera is the Executive Director of Cornerstone of Hope, a role she has held since 2019. She also serves as an adjunct instructor at West Kentucky Community and Technical College. Throughout her career, Lilia has been recognized for her leadership and community impact, receiving honors including Business of the Year, the Impairment Award, and the Work Site Wellness Award.

Lilia holds an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts, a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. She is an active member of the Paducah Professional Women’s Group, Four Rivers Society for Human Resource Management, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the West Kentucky Community and Technical College Business Advisory Board.

Outside of her professional life, Lilia enjoys reading, painting, and practicing meditation. She finds inspiration through books, expresses creativity through art, and values meditation as a way to maintain balance and clarity. She believes life is a continual journey of growth, purposeful service, and building meaningful connections with others.

Kim Lambert

Executive Assistant

Kim Lambert currently serves as Human Resource Assistant at Cornerstone of Hope. As an HR Assistant, Kim gets to support our staff each day and help create a workplace where people feel informed and supported. She’s naturally organized and enjoy the details that keep everything on track.

Kim is also pursuing a degree in Accounting to strengthen my skills and continue building my career. She believes in teamwork, clear communication, and always being someone others can count on.

Outside of work and academics, she cherishes spending quality time with her nieces and nephews, who bring joy and laughter to her life. Her passion for growth and helping others motivates Kim in both her professional and personal endeavors.

Alissa Peal

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Alissa Peal is the Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Cornerstone of Hope. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Murray State University. She manages Cornerstone’s sales and social tasks, including attending local community events and meetings.

Alissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Nonprofit Leadership. Additionally, she has a Master’s of Business Administration with a track in Nonprofit Leadership. Her educational background in both business and the nonprofit sector provides a unique perspective.

Outside of work, Alissa enjoys time with her family and friends. She enjoys baking, reading, the outdoors, and traveling. Alissa believes that taking the time to understand others and their lived experiences helps to foster a more inclusive, compassionate, and diverse world.

Audrey Bachuss

Board Chair

Audrey Bachuss is the Banking Center Manager for two Banterra Bank locations in Paducah, bringing more than 18 years of experience in the banking industry. She is passionate about building strong relationships with both customers and her team while providing exceptional service and leadership.

Audrey earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Murray State University. She is an associate member of the Charity League of Paducah and has served on the Cornerstone of Hope Board of Directors since 2022. After serving as treasurer, she now serves as board chair, helping guide the organization’s mission to strengthen and support the community.

Outside of work, Audrey enjoys spending time with her family and giving back through community service. She believes strong relationships, service, and community involvement are the foundation for making a lasting impact.

Tosha Bonds

Vice Chair

Tosha Bonds is the Assistant Banking Center Manager for two Banterra Bank locations in Paducah, KY where she has applied her leadership and customer service skills for seven years.  

 A proud graduate of Rossville High School, Tosha further continued her education and earned a bachelor’s degree in business management. Committed to community service, Tosha has been an active member of the Charity League of Paducah, where she served a consecutive 5-year term, including two years as treasurer. Currently, she serve as the treasurer for Cornerstone of Hope, where she hopes to apply her financial expertise to help guide the organization in fulfilling its mission. 

Outside of her professional work, Tosha enjoys spending time with her husband and children, attending sporting events and school activities, traveling, and hosting large family gatherings. She is passionate about giving back to her community and strongly believe in the value of service.

Angela Hanor Yeisley

Treasurer

Angela Hanor Yeisley is the Sales Director for the Paducah-McCracken County Convention & Expo Center, where she is dedicated to promoting economic growth and strengthening community partnerships throughout Western Kentucky. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management, graduating Cum Laude, and was commissioned as a Kentucky Colonel in 2025.

A graduate of Leadership Paducah Class #38, Angela is an active member of the Kentucky Society of Association Executives and has been recognized for her commitment to service, including receiving the Paducah Professional Women Service with a Passion Award for 2023–2024.

Angela has served in numerous leadership roles throughout the community, including Treasurer of the Executive Board for Cornerstone of Hope, Inc., and previously as Secretary. She has also held board and committee leadership positions with Paducah Professional Women, the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club of Paducah, Paducah Housing Authority, Main Street Paducah, and the Oscar Cross Boys & Girls Club’s Cars for Kids fundraiser. Her passion for community service extends to initiatives supporting domestic violence survivors, children’s literacy, business advocacy, and professional development.

Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Angela is an accomplished visual artist specializing in realistic oil, pastel, watercolor, and graphite artwork. She is also a published poet, former costume designer and seamstress, and proud mother of her son, Adam

Sonia G. Osman

Secretary

Sonia G Osman, SHRM- CP, is a strategic and innovative HR leader dedicated to driving organizational success through impactful people strategies. With expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce planning, she creates inclusive cultures that align with business goals and elevate performance. 

A results-oriented professional, Sonia is known for building strong relationships, solving complex challenges, and delivering solutions that empower teams and transform workplaces. 

In her free time, Sonia enjoys connecting with her community, exploring new adventures through traveling, spending time with family, and training to run half marathons.

Tiffany Benberry

Board Member

Tiffany L. Benberry is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and the Owner and CEO of Multifaceted: The Agency, where she has provided compassionate mental health services since 2013. She is also a United States Army Veteran, a Local Pastor at St. James C.M.E. Church, and serves on the Board of Directors for Cornerstone of Hope. In addition, Tiffany is the President of Over the Bridge Ministry and serves as Chapter President of the Paducah Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

Tiffany earned an Associate of Science degree from West Kentucky Community & Technical College, a Bachelor of Social Work from Murray State University, and a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health from Western Kentucky University. Her education and experience have equipped her to serve individuals, families, and the community through leadership, counseling, and ministry.

Outside of her professional roles, Tiffany is passionate about faith, service, and empowering others to reach their full potential. She enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren and believes in leading with compassion, purpose, and a commitment to helping others.

David Morse

Board Member

David Morse is an accomplished marketing professional and the Lead Web Designer for Guerrilla Marketing, Shed Geek Marketing, and Website Design Works, LLC. Throughout his career, he has worked across multiple industries, including music and entertainment, NASCAR, and professional sports, with experience supporting the Nashville Predators.

David is a proud Kentucky Colonel and is actively involved in his community. He serves as an elder at Spring Creek Church of Christ, is a Paul Harris Fellow with Rotary International, and was recognized as the Outstanding Class Member of Leadership Paducah Class #28. He has also served on numerous nonprofit boards and committees, supporting organizations throughout the region.

Outside of work, David is passionate about serving his community and helping organizations grow through creative marketing and leadership. He believes in using his skills and experience to make a lasting impact both professionally and personally.
